Backpack Type Ceramic Lined Tee is a specially designed wear-resistant pipe fitting for highly abrasive material conveying systems. The branch and impact areas of a tee are often exposed to concentrated particle erosion, making them particularly susceptible to wear.
The backpack-type reinforced structure provides additional protection in critical wear areas, while the high-hardness ceramic lining improves resistance to abrasion and particle erosion.
It is suitable for slurry, tailings, fly ash, pulverized coal, slag and other abrasive materials in mining, power generation, coal, cement and metallurgical industries. Pipe diameter, branch configuration, ceramic lining and connection methods can be customized according to operating conditions.
