Product Overview
The bimetallic wear-resistant pipe is a double-layer metallurgical composite pipe formed by centrifugal casting process. The outer layer is made of high-quality carbon steel to bear overall pressure resistance, impact resistance and structural support. The inner layer is cast with high-chromium alloy wear-resistant layer, featuring excellent wear resistance, anti-scouring and anti-corrosion performance. The two layers achieve complete metallurgical combination without delamination and hollowing, thoroughly solving the problems of fast wear, easy corrosion and poor pressure resistance of traditional single-layer pipes, serving as high-efficiency special wear-resistant pipes for industrial conveying of particles, slurry and powder materials.
Product Advantages
Super Wear Resistance & Long Service Life: The high-chromium alloy inner layer has far better wear resistance than ordinary steel pipes and ceramic pipes. Its service life is 10-20 times that of ordinary seamless steel pipes, greatly reducing replacement and operation costs.
Wide Working Condition Adaptability: The carbon steel outer layer ensures high pressure bearing capacity. The composite structure adapts to alternating high and low temperature environments, suitable for conveying dry and wet powder, slurry, ash and other abrasive media.
Integrated Molding & High Stability: Metallurgical composite structure avoids delamination risks, with excellent shock resistance, impact resistance and aging resistance. No cracking or peeling under high-temperature and high-speed conveying conditions.
Easy Installation & High Compatibility: Support cutting, welding and flange connection with the same installation method as ordinary steel pipes, no equipment modification required, suitable for old pipeline renovation and new project supporting.
Corrosion Resistance: The alloy inner layer resists slight acid-base corrosion and oxidation corrosion, adapting to complex corrosive working conditions in chemical and mining industries.
Product Structure
Integrated double-layer composite structure with differentiated functions and dual performance guarantee
Outer Substrate: Made of Q235 carbon steel or stainless steel with high toughness, strong pressure resistance and excellent weldability, ensuring overall structural stability and adapting to complex installation and high-pressure operating conditions.
Inner Wear-resistant Layer: High-chromium alloy (customizable Cr15-Cr30) with hardness up to HRC58-62. Dense hard carbides inside resist high-intensity particle scouring, medium corrosion and high-temperature wear.
Process Advantage: Centrifugal casting metallurgical integration realizes molecular fusion of two layers with high bonding strength, resisting high temperature and vibration without peeling or cracking in long-term operation.
