Ceramic Patch Lined Wear-resistant Tee is designed for highly abrasive industrial conveying systems. High-hardness wear-resistant ceramic tiles are installed on the inner surface of the steel tee, combining the structural strength of steel with the abrasion resistance of the ceramic lining.
When conveying slurry, tailings, pulverized coal, fly ash and other particle-containing materials, the branch and flow-intersection areas of a tee can be exposed to concentrated erosion and wear. The ceramic lining provides additional protection in these critical areas, helping reduce replacement frequency and extend the service life of the piping system.
It is suitable for mining, power generation, coal, cement, metallurgy and other industrial applications. Pipe diameter, branch configuration, ceramic thickness and connection type can be customized according to operating conditions.
